As our systems use SQL it is possible to recover a full transaction history to any point of sale terminal. This means that previous customer transactions can easily be duplicated or receipts re-printed at any point of time post-transaction. The transaction history can easily be searched at any stage from any terminal at your local site.
This transaction history is especially helpful locating transactions where a customer no longer has access to the original till receipt. This can be particularly helpful in environments where 'buy now - collect later' procedures are in place. |
