No Re-Keying

KCPOS accounts integration automatically posts any sales recorded by your points of sale to your sales, stock and nominal ledgers. All cash transactions and tenders are automatically reconciled with your cashbook and nominal ledger. The KCPOS direct link from point of sale to your accounting software avoids the costs, errors and difficulties with reconciliation associated with re-keying data.

Complete Stock Control

With KCPOS, transactions entered at the point of sale are reconciled directly with the head office accounting software, and product information, pricing and stock details in the accounting software are used at the point of sale.

Accurate and up-to-date Business Information

This level of integration provides you with comprehensive and up-to-date business information when you need it. At a glance you have the ability to view daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal sales trends and 'drill-down' into individual transactions.
